Helping your body come back online by restoring the connection between your nervous system and your muscles.
‘Talking doesn’t cook the rice.’
- Homo Syntheticus × Artificial Self (AS): A modern human state shaped by disconnection from the body, natural regulation, and organic intelligence. The Artificial Self is the survival identity built through conditioning, control, performance, and emotional protection.
- Homo Naturalis × Natural Self (NS): A human state restored to embodied awareness, natural rhythm, organic intelligence, and the True Voice. The Natural Self is the authentic expression of the organism beneath conditioning and survival adaptation.
Grace Field (GF): A coherent field of openness, regulation, presence, and organic flow that appears when the nervous system exits chronic survival organization. The Grace Field can be felt in awakened beings, clear minds, disciplined practitioners, conscious groups, and skilled facilitators. It acts as a protective and stabilizing field that supports growth, integration, nervous system safety, and deeper contact with the True Voice.
Distortion Field (DF): The incoherent field of fear, fragmentation, overstimulation, control, survival pressure, and artificial rhythm that pulls the organism away from Radical Presence, Effortless Regulation, the Living Current, and the True Voice.
Core Wound (CW): The central emotional imprint formed through separation, rejection, abandonment, shame, fear, betrayal, or unmet need. It becomes the hidden pain around which protection and identity are organized.
- Emotional Armor (EA): The protective structure built around the Core Wound. It appears as tension, breath restriction, muscular holding, emotional suppression, control, numbness, and defensive identity.
- Emotional Debt (ED): also known as ‘karma’, the cost you need to pay for your actions, consequences derived from your actions.
- Echo System (ES): The network of unfinished experiences, unresolved emotions, survival imprints, and conditioned patterns that continue to shape perception, emotion, behavior, posture, and identity. Spiritually, it corresponds to samskaras. The cumulation of all the narratives overriding your TV is what we call the ‘Ego’ or the AS, Artificial Self.
- Ping (P): The immediate autonomic activation triggered by perceived threat, memory, conditioning, or survival anticipation. Ping happens before conscious thought and initiates contraction, vigilance, defense, or collapse.
- Noise (N): The mental narration and emotional amplification generated after Ping. Noise turns raw body activation into anxiety, overthinking, distorted meaning, and identity-based storytelling.
- Liberation Response (LR): The organism’s natural release and reorganization process. It may appear as shaking, tremor, breath changes, heat, tears, sound, movement, stretching, stillness, or deep relaxation. Spiritually, it corresponds to kriyas.
- Living Current (LC): The felt current of life moving through the body as breath, sensation, tremor, warmth, instinct, vitality, awareness, and subtle inner movement. Spiritually, it corresponds to prana, qi, shakti, and kundalini.
- Middle Axis (MA): The central line of embodied coherence where breath, spine, awareness, instinct, and life force align into one living orientation. Spiritually, it corresponds to sushumna nadi and the central channel.
- Left Axis (LA): The receptive current of the organism: sensation, intuition, softness, emotional depth, inner listening, and restorative intelligence. Spiritually, it corresponds to ida nadi, yin, and the lunar current.
- Right Axis (RA): The expressive current of the organism: direction, vitality, action, boundaries, heat, agency, and embodied will. Spiritually, it corresponds to pingala nadi, yang, and the solar current.
- Tri-Axis System (TAS): The embodied relationship between receptivity, expression, and coherence. Left Axis receives, Right Axis expresses, and Middle Axis integrates.
- Effortless Regulation (ER): The state in which the organism no longer needs force, control, suppression, or hypervigilance to feel safe. Regulation becomes rhythmic, spontaneous, and internally guided. Spiritually, it corresponds to wu wei in taoist system.
- True Voice (TV): The direct expression of the organism’s authentic intelligence beyond conditioning, fear, survival adaptation, social programming, and Noise. The True Voice emerges through embodiment, coherence, and reconnection with the Natural Self.
Minimum Effective Shake (MES): The smallest amount of shaking that creates a real shift in the organism without overwhelming the nervous system. MES teaches dosage, precision, and respect for the body’s capacity to release, regulate, and integrate.
Radical Presence (RP): The capacity to remain fully here while the body releases, shakes, feels, trembles, softens, or reorganizes. Radical Presence means staying in direct contact with breath, sensation, space, body, and truth without escaping into drama, dissociation, performance, or mental interpretation.
Full Ownership (FO): The complete inner assumption of one’s process, practice, choices, limits, reactions, healing, and transformation. Total Ownership is not self-blame; it is the return of power from the wound, the story, the teacher, the method, the group, or the past back into the practitioner.
Liberation Choice (LC): The conscious decision to choose real freedom over familiar survival, control, comfort, avoidance, and emotional protection. Liberation Choice begins when the organism stops organizing life only around safety and starts orienting toward truth, growth, embodiment, and the True Voice.
Pure Love (PL): The unconditioned quality of openness, compassion, connection, and living intelligence that can emerge inside the Grace Field when the organism is no longer organized around fear, control, protection, or survival.
Four Protective Patterns: Are the four ways the Artificial Self protects the Core Wound when Ping activates the organism and Noise takes over perception.
- Fight → The Shield × Confruntation Mode: Protects through force, control, confrontation, anger, defense, dominance, or resistance (removing the threat)
- Fawn → The Mirror × Submission Mode: Protects through pleasing, adapting, performing, merging, agreeing, reading others, or abandoning the True Voice for safety and connection (adapt to the threat)
- Freeze → The Wall × Shutdown Mode: Protects through shutdown, numbness, immobility, dissociation, silence, withdrawal, or emotional collapse (become undetectable).
- Flight → The Vector × Avoidance Mode: Protects by sending the organism forward, outward, and away from presence through urgency, overthinking, productivity, movement, distraction, or future-seeking (taking distance from the threat).
